In case the delivered document in an analogue form is incomplete or impossible to read (damaged) and it is possible to determine the sender of the document and his contact details, the sender will be informed about the problem and further steps will be taken to eliminate it. If the problem cannot be removed or it is not possible to determine the sender of the document and his contact details, the damaged document is not further processed by the Ministry of Interior. Data Message Security: If the data message cannot be displayed in a user-friendly way (e.g. it is impossible to read), contains a data format that the Ministry of Interior does not accept, or a computer program which could cause damage to the information system or to the information processed by the public authority, the registry shall not accept it and the sender, if known, shall be informed thereof. Delivery Receipt Confirmation: A message confirming the delivery of a data message does not confirm that the message complies with the requirements for a submission under other legal regulations. If it is found that the data message in this sense does not have the required particulars or has other defects, the submitter will be asked to remove it, for which he will be given a reasonable time.
