In case you lose, damage or destroy your international driving licence or it is stolen from you, you must immediately notify any municipal authority with extended powers. What to bring with you? Valid identity card or passport (along with confirmation of ID card, which is issued in case of lost or stolen ID card) International driving licence in case it is damaged One passport photo (to apply for an international driving licence you still need to submit a printed photograph) Administrative fee for international driving licence is CZK 50. The international driving licence will be issued usually immediately only after presentation of a valid driving licence. If both documents are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, the international driving licence will be issued only upon a new driving licence is issued.
