State Authority for Nuclear Safety: SÚJB – Státní úřad pro jadernou bezpečnost Senovážné náměstí 9; 110 00 Praha 1 http://www.sujb.cz/ The Authority authorised by the RID Rules to deal with all matters concerning class 7 – radioactive substances. The Centre for Information and Mechanical Testing of Packaging: CIMTO s.p. – Centrum pro informace a mechanické testování obalů U Michelského lesa 366, 146 23 Praha 4 – Krč http://www.cimto.cz/ The Authority authorised by the RID Rules to test and certify packaging within the meaning of the relevant Accreditation Certificates. IMET s.r.o. Kamýcká 234/15, 160 00 Praha 6 – Sedlec The Authority authorised by the RID Rules to test and certify packaging within the meaning of the relevant Accreditation Certificate. Czech Ship and Industrial Register: ČLPR, s.r.o. – Český lodní a průmyslový registr, s.r.o. Soběslavská 2063/46, 130 00 Praha 3 http://www.clpr.cz/ The Authority authorised by the RID Rules to: • Classify dangerous items, with the exception of class 7 – radioactive substances; • Perform technical inspections and tests of containers and swap bodies.
