The D11 motorway between Hradec Králové and Jaroměř and D35 in the sections Časy – Ostrov and Opatovice nad Labem – Časy are those that are in the most advanced preparation phase: construction should begin already in the autumn of this year. The government today received information on the preparation of all nine priority projects. These are projects for which the government has negotiated an exemption from a completely new environmental impact assessment, the so-called EIA.
The construction of the next section of the Prague Ring Road linking the D1 motorway with Běchovice and the D11 Hradec motorway is now one step closer. The Road and Motorway Directorate has ensured the preparation and submitted to the Ministry of the Environment the documentation required for the environmental impact assessment. The Ministry plans to issue an opinion within six months.
