Valid identity card Valid driving licence One passport photograph (to apply for an international driving licence you still need to submit a printed photograph) Filed out application (available here) Administrative fee is CZK 50. The international driving licence will be issued usually immediately.. You can collect the driving licence in person or authorise someone else (based on verified letter of attorney) at the same municipal authority where you applied for a new driving licence.
